Who We Are
At Embodied Ergonomics, we believe that workplace wellbeing should be both evidence-based and human. Founded by Luke Bradshaw and Ella Gilder, our mission is to help people feel and perform better at work by addressing the full picture — posture, movement, mindset, and environment.
We bring together backgrounds in osteopathy, movement rehabilitation, and workplace ergonomics to bridge the gap between traditional ergonomic assessments and a more holistic, embodied approach. By integrating DSE assessments, manual therapy, movement education, and mindfulness, we help organisations reduce pain, boost focus, and build healthier, more resilient teams.
Our Philosophy
Ergonomics isn’t just about chairs, screens, and desk heights - it’s about how the body, mind, and environment interact throughout the working day.
When employees move well, think clearly, and feel supported, productivity and wellbeing naturally follow.
Our approach blends:
Clinical knowledge from healthcare professionals
Practical workplace ergonomics rooted in DSE standards
Movement and mindfulness practices that build awareness, strength, and balance
We call it embodied ergonomics because it goes beyond checklists — it’s about helping people connect with their bodies, understand their habits, and thrive at work and beyond.
“Our goal is simple - to help people feel better in their bodies, so they can show up better in their work.”
- Luke & Ella, Founders
